Registered Economy shipping is free and takes up to 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive and comes with delivery confirmation.
EMS(Express Mail Service) is available upon your request. It usually takes about 7~10 days and tracking is available. Prices of the premium shipping option depends on your location and the value of your order, and can be calculated upon check-out.

If you'd like to be able to track your package and have certainty when it'll arrive, please select a premium courier service like EMS. Shipping with EMS takes 7~10 business days depending on your location.
Fast Shipping Upgrade
For faster shipping, please select a premium courier service. These take up to 5-10 business days to destinations worldwide. This excludes any time the package may spend at customs or delays if no one is home to receive the package. Premium shipping rates depend on the destination country and the value of your order, and can be calculated in your cart.

Tax
our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your package arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us if you have issues with our product within 48 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customized goods and Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, please contact us asap and we will arrange the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the form below.We are going to inform you the further steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
